Popup Politicians - 2.0

Major overhaul:

1. now correctly checks for nicknames in parentheses

2. now does not tag names within forms, textareas etc.

3. now deals with 2-letter last names

4. now deals with 2-word last names

5. now deals with words containing foreign characters: á,é etc.

6. fewer false positives, eg. will not tag "represntative that visited Israel" as Rep. Israel.

7. added in new members of congress, although they will be turned off until Jan 2007 when they officially take office

Version 2.0 released which automatically recognizes members of Congress in your web page. This is a major new version.

The parser isn't too forgiving; it's best with just the name of the person, and (optionally) a title like Sen. or Rep.
The database is a bit sparse: currently it covers the 109th Congress, but there may even be some holes in that, and some information is already out of date (Chris Cox, for example).
