The World Linked Wikis mashup is a Wikipedia-based platform for public reference, collaboration, and social networking. The World Linked Wikis mashup allows everyone to expand Wikipedia and integrate it with YouTube, Twitter, and the range of open source software and content. The World Linked Wikis mashup aims to make governments at all levels more transparent, responsive, and accountable by moving from one-way government media and messaging to all-way public collaboration and creative solutions.
